THE CALL
The Great Resignation has triggered a war on talent. Consulting firm PwC wanted to show their employees that they are invested in their future in a way that felt authentic to the brand, reflected its evolution, and gave their people an amazing experience that supercharged their personal and professional growth – and made them want to stay.
THE JOURNEY
We delivered five, four-day event for 2700 Senior Associates and Managers to help them get out of the corporate box, reconnect with their emotions, and learn skills to build their resilience and creativity. Parramatta Eels mental skills coach Andrew May and human behaviour PhD Jemma King hosted a biohacking workshop. Bondi lifeguard Deano Gladstone guided a breathwork and ice bath session. And four days of themes – connection to country, self-discovery, the future of technology, trends and skills, and building connections to colleagues – unlocked new perspectives, new friendships, and a new understanding of their place in the company.
